‘Flatwater Fran’ is a 50′ Traditional Stern Narrowboat, built in 1986 by R&D Fabrications. She has a traditional layout with an engine room at the stern.
On entering there is aninboard diesel engine room, with a 12v distribution board and throttle (accessible from the tiller) and a battery bank, all compact below the deck boards. beyond the engine room is the bedroom with a large fixed double bed. The boat features Webasto central heating throughout. The off-corridor bathroom comprises a shower with attachments, a vanity basin, and cupboard space. The galley/kitchen is complete with the following appliances: washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, hob and oven. The saloon is beyond the kitchen and features a two-seater sofa (which forms an L-Shape dinette) and a solid fuel stove. There is a large bow area for storage and seating, with a new Cratch cover, fitted last year. The boat has a current BSC until August 2019, an engine service at April 2018. and was last blacked in May 2018. An array of extras come with this vessel; just call in the office to find out more.
