Further Information
Sancerre is a 45′, all steel, cruiser style narrowboat built by Graham Parker in 1996 and powered by a Perkins Diesel inboard. A hospital silencer and sound insulation provide a very quiet cruising experience. Thanks to the current owner, this vessel has a great deal of paperwork and history dating back many years. This also includes a survey from 2021. She has a traditional layout, so entering from the cruiser stern takes you in to the bedroom with double bed, under bed storage space and floor to ceiling cupboards. Moving forward, next we have a tiled, off-corridor bathroom with Thetford Swivel cassette toilet, hand basin, shower and storage cupboard. Next is the galley which, for a boat this size, offers a good amount of storage and worktop space. The galley is equipped with stainless sink/drainer, fridge and freestanding gas cooker with 4 burner hob, oven and grill. At the front of the cabin is the saloon area with bench seating which converts into a double berth, foldaway table and Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. This then leads out on to the front well deck which benefits from a new Cratch cover.
Sancerre is at Wincham Wharf and available for viewing. Please call or email for more information or to arrange a viewing.
