Buttons is a 42.5′, all steel traditional style narrowboat built in 2007 by Snug Boats. Propulsion is provided by an Isuzu Diesel engine. She has a traditional stern yet benefits from an extra large rear hatch giving her the feel of a semi trad. Entering the vessel from the stern, the first thing that catches your eye is the wonderful detail on the woodwork which as well as giving a cosy feel is also light and airy. The bedroom features a fixed double bed with overhead storage lockers with built in reading lights. Moving forward, before entering the bathroom, to the Portside is a generously sized wardrobe/storage cupboard.The bathroom itself is a walk-through type and features a good sized, tiled shower cubicle, handbasin with storage underneath, pump out toilet and towel rail. This then leads through to the galley, on the port side you will find an inset, stainless steel sink/drainer, fridge and storage cupboard while to starboard is the gas oven/grill, 4 burner hob, further storage and ample amounts of worktop space. At the front of the cabin is the saloon featuring a 2 seater dinette, 2 built in bench seats, solid fuel stove and handy storage spaces. The bench seats also form another double berth.
All in all Buttons has a wonderful feel and has been built with exceptional attention to detail you don’t see on many boats and she has been well looked after by her current owners. She is off site but can be viewed by appointment, please call for more information or to arrange a viewing.
