The City of Perth is a 68′ Narrowboat built by an Unknown Boat Builder in 1998. A Perkins 42HP 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine provides the propulsion.

Entering from the cruiser stern into the cabin you will find a large open space with 2 windows allowing plenty of natural light into the area. The hatch slides back further than most to provide easier access. Moving forward you enter into a bathroom with Porta Potti, bath, shower and vanity basin. After the bathroom you are greated by a stylish bedroom with shelving and a hatch to allow the breeze to come through the boat. The bedroom opens up into a fully fitted kitchen with a sink, brand new oven and 2 burner hob and microwave. From the kitchen you enter the 6 metre long saloon with ample space for freestanding furniture. There is also a 3 seater sofa and television stand which are seated next to the wood burning stove. The boat is fitted with a television arial that is capable of supporting Sky.
