China Town Girl is a great example of the popular Pioneer range of boats. At 60′ long by 9′ wide she offers the perfect mix of roomy living accommodation with ease of cruising.
She was built in 2016 by Collingwood Boats and was original sold to her current owners by us when new. Propulsion is provided by a Canaline 60 Diesel engine with PRM gearbox. She features the Euro Cruiser style stern with built-in, upholstered seating, pram cover, wheel steering and removable table.
Entering the vessel from the stern takes you in to the galley area, offering the typical storage and worktop space you get from a boat of this size. The galley includes microwave, gas oven and grill, 4 burner hob, fridge and washing machine. The worktop backs on to the saloon area with a handy breakfast bar situated next to the side doors. In the saloon you’ll find ample space for freestanding furniture such as a bed settee or chairs. Other features include a TV, built in cupboard/shelving unit and solid fuel stove.
Moving forward brings us to an off-corridor bathroom with large quadrant shower, pump-out toilet, ceramic handbasin, heated towel rail, large wall mounted mirror and ample storage space.
At the front of the cabin is the bedroom with double bed providing storage underneath, floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside cupboards and wall mounted TV.
Doors then lead out on to the front well deck.
