Lucy Lockett is a 48′ Narrowboat propelled by a Vetus 4.15 33hp Diesel engine as its main form of propulsion. The boat has a semi-traditional stern and a traditional layout and is capable of being a 6-berth boat.
Entering into the boat as per the traditional layout the bed is on the port side with cupboard space above both ends of the bed with one of the cupboards housing the Sterling inverter. Past the bedroom is an off-corridor bathroom with a cassette WC, sink and hip bath with a shower.
Following on from the bathroom is the dinette that drops down into a double bed with storage space under each side and cupboard space on the back bulkhead of the dinette.
Next is a U-shaped galley fully fitted with ample cupboard space above and below the countertops. The galley is fitted with a microwave, sliding window, 2040 Caprice oven & grill, sink and drainage board and also an Amica fridge with a freezer compartment.
Finally in the saloon is an L-shaped dinette that converts into an additional 2 berths with a stove and television.
The bow deck houses the stainless steel water tank and also has bow lockers for additional storage. The bow is enclosed by a cratch and cover. The bow of the boat also has space for 2 x 13kf propane gas bottles and has been recently re-painted in 2023.
